wild rosesAn infusion of the hips and roots of wild roses can be used to treat colds, flu, fevers, nervous headaches, diarrhea and more. Wild rose hips contain large amounts of Vitamin C as well as iron, Vitamin A, and phosphorus. The seeds are rich in Vitamin E, and using oil from the seeds will treat burns, scars, and wrinkles! Learn more about the endless uses of wild roses here.
