Today’s Tip: Essential Oil Travel Tissues
The next time you are feeling sniffy or flat-out have a cold, blend some essential oils into a few tissues and inhale them whenever possible all day long.
My personal favorite ‘feeling blah’ blend is lavender, lemon and eucalyptus. Any time I feel a bit ‘ewww’ these days I inhale each of these essential oils and instantly feel soooo much better!
