Today’s Tip: Peppermint Essential Oil For Stiff Muscles

peppermint-jylcatSoothe stiff, aching muscles and decrease joint inflammation with peppermint essential oil. Put three to five drops of peppermint oil into two tablespoons of a carrier oil (like sweet almond) and massage sore muscles and joints for fast relief.
