Today’s Tip: Oatmeal Poultice For Insect Bites

Submitted by A Natural Day on Tuesday, 18 May 2010No Comment

Make an oatmeal poultice the next time you’re covered in insect bites or have otherwise inflamed skin. Apply cooked oatmeal to a soft, natural fiber cloth to make poultice. Place poultice over the affected areas, cover with a dry cloth and apply a heating pad. Inflammations should begin to go down within a half hour.
