Today’s Tip: A Bath For Better ‘ZZZs
Try adding 2 drops of essential oil ylang-ylang and three drops of essential oil lavender to a tub full of warm water to promote more restful sleep. Make sure you allow the oils to mix well in the water. Relax in the tub before bedtime…just don’t fall asleep in the tub!
