Model Lily Cole No Longer Face Of De Beers Diamonds!

British model Lily Cole, formerly the face of De Beers Diamonds, has sworn off the company after learning that Bushmen (the native people) of Botswana, Africa were kicked off their own land for future diamond mining.
Cole has since teamed with Western Shoshone and other environmental activists in the ongoing struggle to stop gold and diamond mining in Africa. Such mining creates waste and toxins, besides displacing native peoples.
