Headhouse Farmers’ Market Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser Saturday June 13th
On Saturday June 13th that fabulous organization known as The Food Trust will hold the first annual Headhouse Farmers’ Market Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser.

The breakfast, made entirely from local ingredients, will be prepared by Chef Mitch Prensky and his staff of South Street restaurant Supper and catering business Global Dish Caterers. Local strawberries, local whipped cream and local maple syrup all top fluffy pancakes served from 9:30am to 11:30am at Headhouse Shambles. The Shambles is located on 2nd and Lombard Streets.

The Headhouse Farmer’s Market is held every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm at Headhouse Shambles. The Food Trust is a nonprofit organization that oversees 30+ farmers’ markets in Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, including Headhouse.
